Having a hard time finding somebody that understands what your sleeping problems are doing to you?
Today I had an interview with Anna Akosua. Anna is somebody like you and me that comes with her own sleep(less) story. At times she only got 2-3 hours of sleep, going to work and raising her kid at the same time. She knows the pain!
The wonderful thing about Anna is that she openly shares not only the pain she went through in those times but also what she did to find back to resting sleep – to get her life back.
Learn about the power of purpose-driven change, testing uncommon things, and giving more attention to the wins than to the fallbacks.
