In this week’s episode, I had a wonderful chat with sleep expert Dr. Monika Sharma about how Covid-19 impacts us as a society and personally when it comes to sleep.

COVID hit us all like a storm and left us with challenges like

  • social distancing
  • home schooling
  • home office
  • and many more.

As a result many of us were faced with thoughts that we never experienced before.

“Is it safe to go shopping?”
“Did I do a good job homeschooling my kid(s)?”
“How can I stay healthy?”


These topics amplified through the omnipresence of the topic (newspaper, tv, talk with neighbors, etc.) can lead to racing minds and anxiety that can easily keep us from sleeping well.

Even though it is a normal natural response to be anxious in this unique situation that was created through Covid-19 – there are things that we can actively do to improve our (sleep) situation.
